Government Programs
Important Financing Considerations:
- Rates, mortgage products and level of service vary by lender and it is important to shop for the services that best meet your needs.
- A “seller’s market” currently exists in the Bozeman and the surrounding area. It is in your best interests to pre-qualify and submit a letter of credit approval when making a home purchasing offer. Most lenders will be happy to supply you this letter.
