Why Pick Dave?
We live in a very litigious society. In recent years, non-disclosure and misrepresentation errors have made real estate very risk-mitigating, particularly on the seller’s side of the transaction. It is a smart investment to hire a subject-matter expert like Dave to safeguard your interests and to keep all of the important details in order.
The real estate market is currently changing. The available inventory is up, but there are still a lot of buyers doing business here in Gallatin Valley. It is important to have an advisor who knows the marketplace. Having a qualified advisor representing your interests will help you maximize the value you receive in your real estate transaction. Dave is a professional with the highest level of integrity. He not only has the experience and human interpersonal skills needed to help you be successful, but he is a strong advocate that can help you realize your dreams.
Affiliations
Dave is a member of the Gallatin Development Corporation (GDC) Technology Alliance, the Southwest Montana Building Industry Association (SWMBIA) and a Certified Commercial Investment Member candidate (CCIM) with the CCIM Institute based in Chicago.
He is vested and has a strong affiliation in the Bozeman community. His father, grandfather and uncle all retired from MSU and his father and uncle each held professorships for over 40 years in engineering and agriculture, respectively.
Community Involvement
Dave is the president and founder of the Montana Association of Catholics in Commerce (MACC). The MACC was commissioned in November of 2005 by Bishop George Leo Thomas of the Diocese of Helena. It is a community of common-valued business and professional persons who meet monthly to listen to intellectual and spiritually inspired presentations that focus on business, workplace or family issues. It is an all-volunteer, all inclusive, membership organization open to the general public, incorporated under the laws of the State of Montana as a non-profit entity. Additional information including the vision and mission statement as well as a list of previous speakers is available at www.macc.bz.
